Rev. Mgr. Pavel Světlík is the A Rocha Team Leader. He is also Second Minister at the Czech Brethren Church in Česká Skalice and Environmental Spokesman for the denomination.
Radka Světlík is the Administrator. She organizes special events, outings and camps, oversees the clubs and communicates with supporters overseas.
Filip Laštovic is the Office Manager. He produces the newsletters, oversees renovations at the field study centre and puts his botanical skills to good use by helping to lead the wildlife clubs and participating in the fieldwork.

RNDr. Pavel Štifter, Chairman: Deputy Mayor of Benátky nad Jizerou and a specialist in aquatic invertebrates.
Ing. Karel Hůlka: Full-time Minister with the Czech Brethren Church in Decin, West Bohemia.
Ing. Jaroslav Rohulán: Deputy Mayor of Náchod where he previously took responsibility for the Environmental Department.
Blahoslav Prudil: Delegate from the local church at Česká Skalice, East Bohemia.
Luděk Petrilák: Ornithologist and student of biology.
