ARI – Bookkeeper and Fundraising Assistant
A Rocha International (ARI) is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper and Fundraising Assistant to support the Director of Finance and the Fundraising Manager.
You will provide accurate and timely bookkeeping and administrative assistance to strengthen existing skills within our teams. You will:
- Process sensitive and confidential information;
- Enter data and transactions into accounting software and CRM database;
- Be in contact with donors and supporters; and
- Produce reports when required.
This role is within the Finance Directorate, under the direct guidance and supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration for the bookkeeping role and the Fundraising Manager for the Fundraising Assistant role.
The post is 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) and ideally it will be based in Oxford.
The salary range for the post is £23,700 (pro rata) to £31,640 (pro rata) depending upon qualifications and experience.
The post is for a fixed one year period but will be renewed subject to funding.
