Top Conservation Project award for Norman Crowson

Norman Crowson was awarded with the 2009 Top Conservation Project award at the Challenged by Change conference.

On an annual basis A Rocha will be celebrating success. Projects that can demonstrate the core values through practical conservation schemes will be open to the award.

Norman and the team at Lea Brook Valley, Dronfield have demonstrated a combination of passion, enthusiasm, determination and patience over the past year. Normans tenacity-of sticking with things when it is getting tough, and his infectious humour during the most challenging moments have helped to make the project a success.

Norman would be first to admit that there is a long way to go; but it is the progress that the A Rocha team are keen to acknowledge and say "Well done, Norman and all at Lea Brook Valley!"
