Events

There are many ways that you can support the work of A Rocha.  One of the key things is sharing information with others about who we are, what we do and why we do it.  A coffee and cake morning with friends, an event down at church or a big conference could be just the place to share information. 

Below is a list of the materials we have available. To order please send an email titled "Materials" to uk@arocha.org informing us of what you would like and the quantity. We will also be happy to offer helpful advice and would love to hear how the event goes.

Please give us a minimum of two weeks notice, and more if possible, especially if you would like to use the stands.  If you would like to contribute towards the cost of postage and packing, or make a donation, please make out a cheque to 'A Rocha UK' and send to: "Donations", A Rocha UK, 18-19 Avenue Road, Southall UB1 3BL, UK.

Stands

If you are holding an event and would like some display materials, A Rocha UK has a display stand available for use.

The display stand is often booked for events and is loaned on a first come, first served basis, so please book it as early as you are able to avoid disappointment, minimum 2 weeks.

Posters

The following posters can be used to advertise the work of  A Rocha. If you have a high quality printer, you can print these at home. If not and if you live in/near Staines, Slough, Windsor or Uxbridge, you may want to contact Philippa Fewins or Greg Schwab at Kall Kwik. The following prices have been pre-agreed for you - and 10% of the price you pay will be donated to A Rocha UK - so don't forget to mention us. Kall Kwik are happy to post these posters anywhere in the UK at an extra cost of £3.50 for postage and packaging.

Magazine and Leaflets

	"Magazine" The A Rocha UK Magazine is a high-quality colour production using sustainable paper and inks. Each issue includes latest news on A Rocha’s projects around the world and what Friends and Partner Churches are doing in the UK, together with major articles on environmental and conservation issues from top experts, bible studies, suggestions for Living Lightly and a children’s page. Please sign up to be a Friend of A Rocha. It is absolutely free of charge and we will send you a booklet about A Rocha along with a copy of our magazine. As a 'Friend' you will receive regular news of our work through our free magazine, which we produce 3 times a year...more
	"We live in a wonderful world which God has asked us to look after." "Let's care for it together". Our general leaflet introduces the reader to A Rocha and invites them to become a Friend of A Rocha.  Pass it on far and wide to family, friends and church members.
	"Legacy Leaflet" These leaflets give you information about wills, why it is important to have one and how A Rocha can be a part of that.  Use the tear off slip to request a legacy pack and find out more.
	"Living Lightly" Postcards These postcards provide a brief introduction about the Living Lightly initiative and are a great way of getting the message out and encouraging people to log in.
	"Caring for Creation" Window Stickers These window stickers are a fantastic way to promote A Rocha, either on your windows at home, or for those essential car journeys, a fun free give away to use at events.
