A Rocha Living Waterways
The Living Waterways project is based in Southall and Hayes in West London, a
heavily built-up, culturally diverse area. The project aims to work with local
people to explore the wonders of God's creation and to learn more about the
beauty of the natural world first-hand.
Minet Country Park
Minet Country Park, owned by London Borough of Hillingdon, is the base for
much of our outdoors work. Our Community Liaison Officer Sarah Leedham is based
at the Lodge which is also the meeting point for events such as Art in the Park
and childrens' Environmental Encounters. Read more
Environmental Education
Our work includes environmental education for primary school children in
Southall and Hayes, and we also run holiday playschemes during the summer.

Faith work
Being a Christian charity we are keen to make links with those of other
faiths. Our Faith-based Communities Officer Kailean Khongsai works in Southall
encouraging creation care.
Community centre
The heart of our work is a community Centre in Southall, where the team is
based, and where volunteers and guests are also made welcome. We host
volunteers through the European Voluntary Service (EVS) Scheme, as well as other
volunteers from across the UK and abroad. The Centre is also the
administrative hub for A Rocha UK. Read more
